YOUR HEALTH COACHING PROGRAM
The program begins with a screening for readiness, obtaining bloodwork, recording body fat and weight, doing a fitness evaluation and choosing an approved eating program or working with a registered dietician. I also help my clients develop their fitness goals and programs, which they can implement on their own, or in personal training sessions with myself or a trainer of their choice. Every week I meet with the client to review their food and exercise diary for accountability and to target behavior modification. In addition, I identify tools for navigating through life i.e.; eating in restaurants, going on vacation, cooking at home, finding time to exercise, family support, breaking negative habits and implementing ways to balance life and reach health goals.
